These guidelines are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and hassle-free experience for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds. A. 30-Day Return Policy
We provide a 30-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered. If your item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within this period. To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage not caused during shipping.
- Products must include original tags and packaging.
- A proof of purchase (receipt, confirmation email, or order screenshot) is required.

B. No Return Label Included
To reduce unnecessary waste, we do not include physical return labels in packages. If you need to make a return:

C. Return Process

Once your item is received and inspected—typically within 24 hours—we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are usually processed within 14 days, though banks may require an additional 3–5 business days to finalize the transaction.
D. Damaged or Wrong Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly assist with a replacement.

and once confirmed, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
E. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for:

F. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
G. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of being placed for a full refund. After this period, your order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
