Customers have a strict 4-hour window from the moment an order is placed to request any changes or cancellations. This is the only period in which modifications are possible, as orders enter automated and manual processing shortly afterward.
During this 4-hour period, orders are briefly held to allow customers to review information and correct errors.
Once the window ends, the system automatically releases the order into production, and no further adjustments are allowed.

• Color or style changes
• Corrections to custom text
• Replacing uploaded images or design files
• Updating product type or quantity
• Canceling the entire order
• Shipping address corrections
Why the 4-Hour Window Is Strict
Production preparation begins immediately after the hold period. This includes:
• Reviewing personalization or design files
• Preparing printing or customization instructions
• Allocating materials and inventory
• Scheduling the item into the production queue
Once these steps begin, modifying or canceling an order can lead to delays, workflow disruption, and material waste. To maintain fairness for all customers, the 4-hour policy applies universally.
Requesting a Change or Cancellation (Within 4 Hours)
If you need an adjustment, acting quickly is essential. Email remains the fastest and most reliable communication method.

Requests received after the 4-hour window will be declined because the order will have already entered production.
No Changes Allowed After 4 Hours
Once the flexibility window closes, the order becomes final. At this stage, Morepalmtrees cannot make any adjustments, including:

• Replacement of uploaded files
• Order cancellation
• Shipping address corrections
This policy ensures fast fulfillment and consistent treatment for all customers.
Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy
Customers are fully responsible for entering correct shipping information at checkout. This includes verifying:
• Street number and name
• Apartment, unit, or suite number
• City, state, and ZIP code
• Correct spelling
• A deliverable address recognized by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL)
Even minor errors may result in delivery issues.
Consequences of Incorrect Address Information
If a courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any re-shipment fees.
Common delivery errors include:

• “Recipient moved”
If tracking shows the package was delivered to the exact address entered at checkout, Morepalmtrees is not responsible for replacement or refund.
